Flowdocs is a modern internal request and ticket management system built to streamline and accelerate team workflows within the Microsoft and Microsoft Teams ecosystem. By centralizing internal requests in a single hub, it automates approval processes, simplifies task tracking, and strengthens cross-team coordination. Designed to work natively inside Microsoft Teams, Flowdocs enables teams to move forward without email overload, fragmented communication, or context switching.

At Smartup Network, we worked in close collaboration with Flowdocs to deliver its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) end to end. Our focus was on building a scalable, fast, and user-centric platform. We designed a product architecture centered on operational efficiency, combining seamless Microsoft Teams integration, flexible approval workflows, and automation for recurring processes.

Today, Flowdocs is actively used by teams across the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, helping organizations make internal request management more transparent, traceable, and controllable. By reducing manual effort and operational friction, Flowdocs enables teams to focus on what truly matters—high-impact work and real priorities.
