For each project, a detailed effort estimation is conducted after scope alignment. Once the proposal process is completed, we share the MVP timeline and cost, followed by iteration-based growth plans.

Before the first meeting, we provide our entrepreneur partners with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If you already have your own NDA, we can review it in advance. With a track record of 0 breaches across 65+ products, we ensure a highly secure process.

Each project involves a minimum 7-person team. UX/UI designers, software developers, a project manager, a product manager, QA specialists, and software architects work together. Our assigned software architects bring up to 25 years of experience.

At Smartup Network, we initially start projects with a service-based model. During the first year, we operate on a service fee basis. If mutual satisfaction is achieved, we may invest and support further product development. Equity is not a predefined decision; it is evaluated as a natural outcome of collaboration.
